I am a resident manager of 6 story, 77 unit HUD subsidized
building called Baywood Apartments. Our location is
in the piedmont area of Oakland, California and our
building is occupied by senior citizens.
During the past month I have had the pleasure of dealing
with the owners and staff of ABC panting, which recently
completed painting our building.
I am very pleased to say that they did an excellent
job in painting and completing our building. The residents
who reside here are pleased as well and where very
undisturbed during their presence,
I am sure that given any task they will complete the
job to utmost satisfaction.

Dear readers,
I have found the ABC Painting Co. to be wonderful
in everyway. from the owners to the workmen
I must say they cared, they were careful, they were
through, they were diligent. The price quoted for
my unusual building was something I could afford and
the time frame they did the work in was perfect.
I had three estimates for my building and the one
from ABC painting co. was the most reasonable and
they were willing to do all that needed to be done
in Victorian color scheme.
I would recommend theme to anyone most highly!
